Hisense at CES 2025

Client Hisense (Impact XM · Jack Morton)

End-to-end AV project management on the Hisense 'AI Your Life' booth at CES 2025 — one of the show's largest. Twin jumbo LED walls, an LED-floor stage that hosted FIFA and NBA players, and LED integration through kitchen, gaming, sustainability, and home-automation zones. The booth won 50+ awards including Silver BOSS.

For CES 2025, Hisense used one of the show’s largest booths to launch its “AI Your Life” campaign — a story that had to span kitchen appliances, gaming, sustainability, home automation, and a headline-grabbing sports moment featuring the FIFA and NBA championship trophies alongside professional players from both leagues.

Scale

Two jumbo LED screens fronted the booth. An LED-floor stage with LED backdrop anchored the central presentation zone where FIFA and NBA athletes appeared. Discrete LED integrations threaded through each product category, with isolated audio zones keeping demonstrations, cooking segments, and live translation from bleeding across the booth.

The role

As project manager I owned every video and audio system across the booth. That meant months of preproduction — gear list, rack configurations, cable runs, floor plans, rigging and electrical, motor plots, LED wall commissioning — and then weeks on site to install, tune, and support the live event.

The strategy was to over-engineer the AV backbone so that the show’s variable live elements — presentations, athlete interviews, chef demos, MC segments, guided translation tours — could adapt in real time without ever being blocked by infrastructure. Focused pre-production meant the crew never had to fight the gear. They could adjust to shifting content and schedules fluidly.

Outcome

The Hisense booth won over 50 awards and accolades at CES 2025. The “AI Your Life” build — in collaboration with Impact XM — took home Silver in the BOSS (Best of Show Stand) Awards and was named to EXHIBITOR Magazine’s 2025 Best of CES List.

The scale of LED wall on this project — many large-format screen destinations running simultaneously — pushed the practice into new territory for coordinated video system design.
