How the work moves
Live production is a coordination problem in three dimensions — hardware, timeline, and people. Every live show has moments that can't be rehearsed the way they'll actually happen. The role is to build a system underneath the show that stays quiet, stays stable, and stays adaptable, so the creative call in the room can always be "yes."
Pre-production is the whole game. Racks are diagrammed, cables are labeled, and every screen destination is proofed against its content before the trucks leave the shop. When the crew arrives on site, the plan is already in the building — we're just uncrating it.
